This page explains what happens to your data when you visit spetschinsky.com. The short version: this is a small, hand-run practice site. There is no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no analytics script running on this site.

Hosting
This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify's servers log standard technical data for every visit (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes, in line with Netlify's own privacy policy. No separate analytics tool is added on top of this.
Contact and newsletter forms
The contact form and the newsletter sign-up on this site are handled by Netlify Forms. When you submit either form, the information you enter (name, email, and message, where applicable) is sent to Netlify's form-handling service and forwarded to Sergueï's email inbox. It is used only to reply to your enquiry or, for the newsletter, to send you the updates you signed up for. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
The AI chat assistant
The chat widget on this site is powered by OpenAI. When you type a question into the chat panel, your message is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a reply; it is not used to train OpenAI's models under their API terms. Please don't enter personal or confidential information into the chat, since it leaves this site and is processed by a third-party AI provider. The chat panel carries a short reminder of this every time it opens.
Fonts
The typefaces used on this site (Cormorant Garamond and Inter) are self-hosted: the font files are served directly from this site, not from Google's servers. No data about your visit is sent to any font provider.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies for tracking and does not run any analytics or advertising script (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no similar tool).
